This retreat is for you, the business owner who is ready to make your business more visible, more premium and more profitable.

Over the weekend, step away from working in your business, to dedicate precious time to envision and take action to create the next level of your business, as we uncover what the next stage of your personal brand looks like for you, how to create unreplicable luxury experiences for your clients, and design your offerings to create your biggest income year in business.

The Venue

We will be staying in the beautiful homestead of Casa Andante in Trentham…

Trentham is known as a place for rejuvenation and this historic tiny town sits atop the stunning landscape of the Great Dividing Range.

It is just over an hour’s drive from Melbourne via the Calder Freeway. Take the Calder Freeway to Woodend and then head towards Daylesford. Trentham is about a 20km picturesque drive past Woodend, through farmland and forest.

Our base for the weekend is Casa Andante, and as the names suggests it is a place of tranquility where life takes on a slower pace.

The home sits within private beautiful gardens, which makes you feel as though you are away from it all, even though you are right in the heart of Trentham.

The property has five stylishly appointed twin bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. Please note, each guest of the retreat will share a room with another guest.


The Itinerary



Arrive at our gorgeous accommodation in the famous spa country of Trentham. Set yourself up in your room and join the group for a welcome drink as we meet for the first time as a group.

After introductions, we’ll start our first session:

Elevate: Brand || Create a more visible, compelling and premium brand as you become known as the must-have for your ideal client.


We’ll share a beautiful group dinner and glass of vino while getting to know each other even more and setting the scene for a brilliant two days ahead.



Start the day as you like - bring your yoga mat, take a meditative walk in the nearby Wombat State Forest, go for a jog, or hit the snooze button!

After a nourishing breakfast, we’ll be taken on a private tour of nearby micro rose farm and luxury accommodation Acre of Roses. Owner Sandy Roy will share how she took her vision to create the incredibly successful Acre of Roses brand, complete with accommodation, sell-out events, a product line and how she has carved out a premium offering and experience in a crowded market.

After our tour we will continue to soak up the surrounds of Acre of Roses for our second workshop session:

Elevate: Experience || Design your own premium and wholly unique experiences for your clients to give them an elevated experience from start to finish of working with you.


It’s time to recharge with a fresh and healthy group lunch, and perhaps a coffee or two, before our hot seat session, which is a unique and valuable opportunity to have the minds of other women in business providing suggestions, feedback and ideas for your business, led by Emily. You choose the area you would most like feedback on - whether it’s your website, your social media, your packages, your prices or more.


We’ll end the day with dinner prepared by our own private chef as we wind down and keep the conversations going. You can also use the evening to have me review your marketing and provide further suggestions and strategies for you.
